Guest Blogging Policy

I love having other bloggers visit my blog. If you are interested, please send me an email at mail(at)amberabardan(dot)com with Subject: Guest Blogger and please tell me a little about what you would like to blog.

Topics on my blog vary but generally focus on romance, reading, work-life balance, domestic shortcuts, cooking shortcuts, and other topics that appeal to a largely female audience. I will consider writing craft blog posts, how I got my agent/publisher stories, and book promo, but I have limited places for these as I don't want this to become purely another book/writers blog. Of course feel free to ask, and promo posts that feature giveaways will be more appealing to blog followers.

If you are an author and would like to guest blog, another option I would happily consider is posts other than writing craft or straight promo, such as your favourite quick family recipe, interviews, humorous posts etc. You may include author bio, photograph, and links to Social Media, Goodreads etc, for promotion. 

I would like to state that guest blog posts will be accepted and published purely at my discretion. I must choose and schedule posts in such to keep it balanced and appealing to readers. I also ask that suggested posts (except for book promo) not be previously featured elsewhere.  I will not consider guest blogs that are simply an advertisement for a product or service.
